District 10, Charlottetown - Sherwood
Robert Mitchell was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island in the general election held on May 28, 2007. A Liberal MLA, he represents the city riding of Charlottetown - Sherwood.

Robert has had a successful career, both as a long-time employee with Maritime Electric and as a partner in a local stone business. He has also worked in the real estate industry.

Robert is a dedicated community volunteer who has been active in his church’s catechetical program and has volunteered with various teams in both the Sherwood-Parkdale Minor Baseball and Hockey Associations.

Robert and his wife, Bonnie, live in Sherwood. They have four children, Ryan, Jordan, Megan and Brandon.
